Join us November 22+23 for our annual Holiday Market at West Langley Hall!
Rate is for space for a 4x6ft indoor spot (must bring your own table and chair).
Spots may NOT be shared between businesses.
Non-refundable, non-transferable. No exceptions, including illness, poor weather, etc.
Business or vendor insurance required.
Vendors are responsible and required to learn and obtain any Food Safe / Health Canada / Serving It Right documents relevant to their business.
Vendors will need to move their vehicle to overflow lot before event begins. We will provide transportation back to the venue to anyone who needs it, as well as back to your vehicle after the event.
Any slander or defamation towards Mainland Markets and/or it's owners for any reason, before, during or after an event will result in immediate removal without refunds, and may be subject to legal repercussions.
$100 deposit option is available for 2 Day full weekend spots ONLY (limited availability).
Remaining balance will be DUE 4 weeks prior to market date.
If you do not receive an email with the payment link, contact us via email. It is your responsibility to do this if you do not receive the email reminder.
Failure to pay remaining balance by due date will result in the vendor forfeiting their spot and losing their deposit.
